  • Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time by navigating to your account settings in the App or by contacting us directly at info@polymersbazaar.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your personal data and account details in accordance with our data retention policies and legal obligations.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Sellers must purchase a subscription to list and sell products.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with prior notice.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations.
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with the App's security or integrity.

5. Permissions and Data Collection

By using our App, you grant permission for the following:

  • Internet Access: For seamless app functionality.
  • Location Access: To filter products within a 25 km range.
  • Camera Access: To upload product images.
  • Storage Access: To store and retrieve uploaded content.
  • Manage External Storage: To handle product-related files efficiently.

6. Product Listings and Transactions

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring product details are accurate.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of listed products.
  • Buyers and sellers must independently verify transaction details.

  • By subscribing, sellers agree to receive updates on polymer prices via WhatsApp.
  • You can opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including trademarks, logos, and software, belongs to us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of our App.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
  • Users assume all risks related to product transactions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
